Daryl Missen
Daryl is the founder of Vinilo, co-founder of Autio Australia, and co-founder/director of Active Instore.
With over 30 years experience as a distinguished and awarded audio post engineer. Daryl has 3D 'ambisonic' sound mixing, surround sound, and live broadcast skills for film, radio, television, podcasts and streaming audio services.
Daryl has won many International and local audio production awards. He has a high level of experience in audio content making and delivery, encompassing work in Europe, Asia, USA, New Zealand, and Australia.
Jay Bradley
Jay is co-founder of Kaizen Media, co-owner of Active Instore, Laneway Music, and co-owner/director of Loud Zebra.
She manages Kaizen Media and Active Instore day-to-day, working on brand strategy, working directly with partners, and overseeing all financial aspects of the businesses.
Jay was also a co-owner of the Australian Schools Triathlon Challenge in Warrnambool, which ran for 3-years.
Dan Bradley
Dan is co-founder of Kaizen Media, co-founder of Autio Australia, and co-founder/director of Active Instore and Laneway Music.
He has a long and awarded career in commercial radio, working in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Highlights include being one of the two programmers who developed the content strategy, and launched the Nova FM network; Content Director at New Zealand's iconic Radio Hauraki; Content Director at the Gold Coast's Hot Tomato, taking that station to it's first ever #1 position; and more recently Content Director of Triple M Melbourne, leading that station to record listening levels.
Dan also worked as Chief Brand Director for Retail Zoo; owner of Boost Juice, Salsa’s Fresh Mex Grill, and Cibo Espresso. This role saw him lead brand strategy and marketing across the 3 franchised brands.
Archie
Archie, fondly referred to as Arch Nemesis, is Loud Zebra’s “director of leisure activities”.
He also provides the creative inspiration when we’re working on your messaging, and his favourite song is ‘who let the dogs out’.
Sadly for Archie it's not one of ours.
